Darkness retreat (G)
Spending a longer period of time in darkness is like a return to the womb. It is an intense process that allows us to enter a different world, there where the usual framework does not exist anymore. Your senses will be stimulated on a different level: Smell, taste, sound, and touch will all feel more intense. Unconscious patterns and fears may show up, and sometimes creative ideas appear. After a stay in the dark, you will definitely feel more alive in the daylight. The BodhiTree Ghent has an especially equipped floor for darkness retreats. The space consists of a room, bathroom, toilet, and a double-sided box to receive food and drinks. Continuous ventilation adds to your further well-being. During the retreat Bhakti stays in silent connection with you and provides drinks and meals. When you come out of the dark, the coming back into the light is built up slowly and gently.
Individual retreats (G/S)

Erve Veldink (S)
Twice a year Anand takes the BodhiTree Soest to the Dutch countryside! In the beautiful, rural setting of Erve Veldink she offers active and silent (OSHO) meditations, a breathing session, song, the mystic rose, family constellations, yoga, chi gong and movies. There is time to relax in nature, to write, and to meet with other participants. Additional sessions (massage, craniosacral therapy, sound healing, and spiritual astrology) can be booked to dive deeper into specific topics. In order to help you fall deeper into meditation, daytime is spent in silence.
Living at The BodhiTree (G/S)
Living at the BodhiTrees is a day and night experience in love and awareness. You will see that meditation is not ‘just’ sitting down for an hour a day; awareness can be part of all that we live, every single moment. By living closely with other meditators you will be confronted with many aspects of yourself. These mirrors will help you to transform your less desirable sides and to stand more firmly in the beauty you carry. Living together means supporting each other in expanding the heart.
